On Black Friday, most of our staff will be off through the weekend. As in no customer service and no typical shipping crew. Seneca and her husband will ship a few packages but they definitely can't do all of them with the anticipated sale volume. If it's important for you to get your package as quickly quickly as possible you can pay to skip ahead to the front of the line for your order processing. Cost for "Skip the Line" is per order, (big order, little order, doesn't matter). While holiday processing may still take 2-3 business days vs our normal 1 business day after the sale rush, we do anticipate to be through the back log and back to quicker shipping by December 6th.
We still do not offer any type of rush shipping because of our remote Idaho location. Literally nothing overnights from here, so Express mail is pretty disappointing for the amount of money it costs. It's always been best for us to just ship quickly on our end, rather than depend on carriers, but that is not going to be logistically possible this weekend, other than we can get some out, so if you need it, upgrade your order with "skip the line."
